The Regional Manager provides overall leadership and direct supervision of Restaurant General Managers for a region consisting of 5-7 BurgerFi restaurants. He/she ensures that each restaurant meets or exceeds the performance and guest satisfaction goals that have been established for our brand and the region. He/she must be prepared to continually role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurants, including through hands-on activities that set high-performance standards. The Regional Manager will have ultimate sales and P&L responsibility for the restaurants.  

Focal points for the Regional Manager include establishing and ensuring unit-specific performance targets in food safety, stellar hospitality, sales goals, restaurant profitability, employee satisfaction and retention. He/she will lead the selection, training, and development processes for restaurant management and team members.

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Execute BurgerFi highest standards of food safety, hospitality, service, and financial performance
  • Proactively work with all departments – operations, training, restaurant leadership, and marketing – to drive restaurant sales and guest count growth
  • Maintain ultimate P&L responsibility for assigned restaurants
  • Track KPI’s and proactively execute initiatives to assure achievement of goals and standards
  • Create a consistent and meaningful communication stream to ensure timely delivery of new information, understanding of current successes and challenges, immediate corrective action when and if needed, and other high-level quality assurance activities
  • Coach and provide ongoing training for restaurant teams, commencing with restaurant general managers and assistant managers
  • Create “bench strength” from an existing base of skilled restaurant team members, in order to meet the demands of new growth
  •  Interact with marketing team to support national brand programs and to execute strong local marketing initiatives
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Multi-Unit Management (Regional Manager, Regional Manager, District Manager) in a high-volume restaurant environment consisting of at least 5 or more units.
  • QSR or fast-casual dining experience is a benefit
  • Proven track record of increasing sales, profits and guest counts in a restaurant environment
  • Proficiency as an outstanding communicator – both written and verbal
  • Previous P&L responsibility
  • Candidate must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated efficiency in prioritization and time management
  • Extensive travel in Texas including weekly visits to San Antonio, Austin, and South Padre Island 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Open to relocation based on future company needs is considered a plus
