Job Description: The Regional Manager provides overall leadership and direct supervision of the Restaurant General Managers for a region consisting of multiple BurgerFi restaurants. The Regional Manager ensures that each restaurant meets or exceeds the performance and guest satisfaction goals that have been established for our brand and your region. The Regional Manager may directly perform hands-on operational work as necessary to select and train new managerial employees, respond to immediate customer service needs, or to otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant.  The Regional Manager will have ultimate P&L responsibility for the assigned region and will be expected to consistently monitor and achieve multiple measurements and standards of operational strength, financial performance, and unusually high levels of guest satisfaction. 
Focal points for the Restaurant Regional Manager include establishing and ensuring unit-specific performance targets in hospitality, guest service, margin performance and employee satisfaction and retention. The Regional Manager will maintain BurgerFi standards in food safety, and quality control, as well as assist in the selection, training, and development of restaurant management and teams.
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Execute BurgerFi highest standards of hospitality, service, and financial performance
  • Maintain ultimate P&L responsibility for assigned restaurants
  • Track KPI’s and proactively execute programs to assure achievement of corporate goals and standards
  • Coach and provide ongoing training for restaurant teams, commencing with Restaurant General Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Assure appropriate execution of local store marketing efforts
  • Interact with community to achieve awareness and goodwill of our customer base
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Multi-Unit Management (Regional Manager, District Manager) in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Must have experience in managing multiple locations simultaneously (6 or more locations preferred).
  • QSR or fast-casual dining experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency as an outstanding communicator – both written and verbal
  • Previous P&L responsibility
  • Candidate must be passionate about, and thrive on the development and mentoring of teams.
  • Must possess the ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Openness to relocation based upon company needs is considered a plus.
